REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from MindShift Digital.

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this policy.

GENERAL STANDARD

Payments are for services rendered, access granted, or experiences delivered.

Refunds are limited and provided only where expressly stated in this policy or in a written agreement.

AGENCY SERVICES

Marketing agency services include strategy, planning, execution, campaign management, creative services, consulting, and optimization.

All payments for agency services are non-refundable once work begins.

No refunds are issued for strategy work, planning, onboarding, or services already performed.

Service cancellation terms are addressed separately in the Terms of Service.

CONSULTING, DIAGNOSTICS, AND AUDITS

Consulting services include diagnostics, audits, strategy plans, and advisory engagements.

These engagements are billed per project.

Fifty percent of the project fee is due at engagement. Fifty percent is due upon delivery and review.

All consulting and project-based fees are non-refundable once work begins.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products include downloads, recordings, templates, frameworks, and on-demand materials.

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds after access or delivery.

LIVE EVENTS AND PAID ONLINE EVENTS

MindShift Digital offers paid online events and live, in-person events.

These events include a one-hundred percent satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within ninety days of purchase.

If an event is canceled by MindShift Digital for any reason, a full refund is issued.

Tickets are not transferable.

PROCESSING FEES

If a refund is approved for any reason, a six percent processing fee is deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs and is mandatory.

PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Chargebacks or payment disputes bypass this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks result in immediate suspension of access to services, products, or events.
